Please note, our policy only pertains to the tickets purchased directly from Jongleurs Group Ltd.

Refund Conditions

Event Cancellation

In the unfortunate instance where an event is cancelled, the purchaser of tickets will be entitled to a refund. However, this refund is subjected to the following conditions:

  1. Refund Amount: Only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. This means that the refund will cover the basic price of the ticket, as shown on our website or as indicated on the ticket itself.
  2. Non-refundable Fees: Please note that any ticket booking fees associated with the purchase are non-refundable. This fee, which is charged at the time of the booking, covers administrative and processing costs and is not subject to a refund in any scenario.
  3. Automatic Refunds: In cases where the event is cancelled and we have been informed by the Event Organiser, we will automatically initiate the refund process. This means you, as our valued customer, will not need to reach out to us or place a claim for your refund. The face value of your ticket will be returned via the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund Process

If an event is cancelled, we will initiate a refund within 7 business days from the date of cancellation. The duration of processing the refund will depend on the method of payment used at the time of the purchase. Credit or debit card refunds might take up to 5-10 business days to reflect in your account due to varying processing times between banks.
