Tom Stade, the charismatic Canadian émigré, has firmly established himself as one of the most captivating and innovative stand-up comedians in the UK. Since making his mark on the circuit in 2001, his magnetic stage presence and exceptional storytelling skills have garnered him a devoted following.

Having chosen the UK as his home, Tom has embarked on a prolific career as a touring act and headliner. Every year since 2011, he has treated audiences to a brand-new show at the Edinburgh Festival, where he consistently plays to packed houses and receives glowing reviews. His latest solo show, “You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet,” was a highlight of this year’s festival and he is set to embark on an extensive UK tour in 2020.

Tom’s charm and wit effortlessly translate to television, and he has been invited to perform on every major stand-up TV show in the country. He has graced the stage of BBC One’s “The John Bishop Show” and has made two memorable appearances on BBC One’s “Live at the Apollo.” His largest live audience to date was at Ch4’s Comedy Gala at London’s O2 Arena.

Tom’s writing and acting talents shine in his work on Frankie Boyle’s controversial series, “Tramadol Nights,” and his own online show, “Come Fringe Yourself with Tom Stade,” which gained a devoted online following. He also co-wrote and starred in the independently-funded series “M.U.F.F.,” showcasing his carefree spirit and wild imagination.

Back in Canada, Tom appeared in the critically acclaimed sitcom “The Newsroom” and the award-winning feature film “My Own Private Oshawa.” As a stand-up, he delivered his own hour special for CBC/Comedy Central, titled “Stade and Confused.”
