Refunds are issued only in the event that a show is cancelled. In such cases, we will automatically refund the face value of your ticket. Please note, ticket booking fees are non-refundable. For more details, please see our refund policy.
If a show is cancelled and we have been informed by the Event Organiser, we will automatically refund the face value of your ticket. You do not need to notify us or claim your refund.a
