In the unfortunate instance where an event is cancelled, the purchaser of tickets will be entitled to a refund. However, this refund is subjected to the following conditions:
If an event is cancelled, we will initiate a refund within 7 business days from the date of cancellation. The duration of processing the refund will depend on the method of payment used at the time of the purchase. Credit or debit card refunds might take up to 5-10 business days to reflect in your account due to varying processing times between banks.
