Biography

Dan Evans burst onto the comedy scene in 1994, abandoning a promising career as one of East Anglia’s top office workers to pursue comedy full-time. Since then, his uniquely twisted logic has captivated audiences nationwide, offering a humorous respite during somber events like the passing of HRH The Queen Mother and the tumultuous fluctuations of 21st-century property prices.

With over a decade of experience, Dan has brought his comedy to clubs and universities across the UK, as well as captivating audiences in international locales such as Holland, Germany, Dubai, and Ireland. He has been a featured act in sold-out shows like the Screaming Blue Murder Cabaret and Avalon Comedy Zones at the prestigious Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Dan’s wit and humour have also graced both television and radio, with appearances on Brain Candy (BBC3 & 2), Channel 5 at The Store, Channel 5 Comedy Zone, and the Radio 2 Stand Up Show. Additionally, he has made significant contributions as a writer, boasting credits on acclaimed shows like The Very World of Milton Jones (R4 – Sony Award Winner), Rory Bremner Who Else?
